PURPOSE:To obtain energy saving effect by a method wherein the atmosphere is sent into an underfloor space by pressure and cool air is produced by utilizing the cold heat source of underfloor ground surface to cool the whole of a building by small electric power. CONSTITUTION:The underfloor ventilating port 1 of one place is connected to a taper duct 5, provided with a non-return valve 2 and a damper 3 opened and closed by an opening and closing screw 4, and the connecting port 6 of the duct is provided with an intermediate ventilating fan 11 while the other underfloor ventilating port 1 is arranged with the non-return valve 2 and the damper 3 opened and closed by the opening and closing screw 4. These underfloor ventilating ports 1, the underfloor space 10 of the building and a roofing space 9 are connected through wall cavities 7 while the roofing space 9 is provided with an opening and closing type roofing ventilating port 8. According to this method, atmosphere is sent into the underfloor space by pressure and cool air is produced by utilizing the cold heat source of underfloor ground surface, thus, the whole of the building may be cooled by small electric power and the energy saving effect may be obtained.
