At least in part-regions of the surface of heat-insulating panels for insulating roofs and facades there are foamed in gratings or meshings into which fastening means, for fastening structural parts or claddings, or mounting elements can be directly inserted in a mechanical manner. This creates the precondition for a surface in which nails or screws can be inserted, or, by using suitable suspension profiles, for a positively locking fastening of structural parts. The grating or the meshing can also be used as a plaster-carrier layer.
