PURPOSE:To obtain a colored building paint material without requiring a drying process with heat, by incorporating a raw material for building paint material prepared by forming an adhesive layer on the surface of an aggregate with an adhesive with a powdery colorant. CONSTITUTION:An aggregate, e.g. silica sand or rubber powder, is mixed with (ii) an adhesive, preferably at 10:1-200:1 weight ratio, to give (A) a raw material for building paint material, which is then incorporated with (B) a powdery colorant, preferably having <=250 mesh particle diameter, to complete coloring. The mixing ration of the components (A) to (B) is preferably 10:1-100-1.
