PURPOSE:To attain to enhance selling efficiency without the re-inputting of a card in a register, by respectively providing a card reader of a customer's card to a plurality of electronic balances and a plurality of receipt publishing devices connected by a bus line. CONSTITUTION:When a card is delivered to a customer at the entrance of a shop and a weighed value is applied, a counterman receives the card from the customer to insert the same in an electronic balance to apply the weighed value, the commodity data such as a call-out number, a product name character code, a commodity code and unit cost of each commodity are preliminarily registered at an operation control part 14 by the key operation of a key input part 13 and the price of the commodity is operated from the wt. and unit cost of the commodity to be displayed on a display part 15. The signals of the key input part 13 and a card reader 18 are inputted to the operation control part 14 and the necessary item such as the card number of the card 17 is displayed on the display part 15, the details of the sum total of the purchased commodities of the customer are printed out on a receipt by a receipt counter 16. By this method, saling efficiency is enhanced.
