PURPOSE:To obtain the title visible magnetic card having excellent displaying velocity and clearness o display by opposing a magnetic recording sheet to a display sheet whose display part is at least transparent, forming a display cell between the two sheets and enclosing a dispersed liq., wherein plate light- reflective magnetic particles are dispersed in a dispersion medium, into the display cell. CONSTITUTION:A dispersed liq. obtained by dispersing plate light-reflective magnetic particles in a dispersion medium is used. Plate particles having ligh- reflective planes such as foil powder of metallic or alloy magnetic substances such as iron, nickel, stainless steel and 'Permalloy(R)' are preferably used as the magnetic particles in the dispersed liq. The maximum diameter of the magnetic particle is preferably regulated to <=50mum to obtain a high-recording density image display. A solvent, a plasticizer and a liq. surfactant can be used as the dispersion medium used in the dispersed liq. and a low-volatile solvent of a hydrocarbon, an ether, a polyhydric alcohol, etc., is preferably used.
