PURPOSE:To shorten the time to restore data by writing the data written in the currently-used storage part in a spare storage part at the time when the power supply source is turned on after the deletion of the data stored in the spare storage part due to a power-interruption. CONSTITUTION:In case the power supply is interrupted because of some a failure occurred in the spare storage part 120 and the written data is deleted, a control part 100 writes in the part 120 through a line 204 the data it read from the currently-used storage part 110 through a line 203 when the power is supplied again to the part 120, and executes the restoration of data. Thus the control part 100 has a function of double writing. Therefore, no manual operation is necessary for the data-restoring, and hence its necessary time is made least.
