PURPOSE:To reduce the fluctuation of the output of a generator by providing a load circuit with a switch element driving circuit and changing equivalently the magnitude of a preload in accordance with an actual load. CONSTITUTION:A load condition selecting circuit 21 selects the load conditions of voltage setting, current setting, etc. in an X-ray CT device 2 and applies these conditions to a duty ratio control circuit 22. A timing signal for switching between a preload 4 and an actual load 2 is applied to the circuit 22 from a timing control circuit 23. A pulse signal whose duty ratio is changed in accordance with load conditions and the timing signal is applied from the circuit 22 to a switch element driving circuit 24, and the circuit 24 turns on or off a switch element 3 in accordance with this pulse signal. Thus, the magnitude of the preload is changed equivalently in accordance with the actual load to reduce the fluctuation of the output of the generator. |
