PURPOSE:To equalize an air gap between a stator and a rotor by providing a strip projection which extends from the center to the outer periphery at a bracket, and disposing the projection from the center toward a terminal box mounting washer side. CONSTITUTION:In a motor composed of a terminal box mounting seat 7 having a housing 1, a stator 2, a bracket 3, a rotor core 4, a rotational shaft 5, and a terminal box mounting washer 7 having a recess 7a, the bracket 3 has a strip projection 11 directed from the center O toward the outer periphery, the projection 11 is projected to the surface 3a of the bracket 3, and the bracket 3 is secured to the housing 1 to extend the projection 11 to the mounting washer 7 side. When the stator 2 is press-fitted to the housing 1 in this construction, the stator 2 is displaced toward the washer 7 side, with the result that an engaging portion 1b is displaced at the center to the opposite side to the washer 7 side. Then, when the bracket 3 is engaged with the engaging portion 1b, the engaging portion 1b moves by the rigidity of the projection 11 at the center of the washer 7 side to eventually correct the displacement of the portion 1b with respect to the stator 2, thereby reducing the irregularity of a gap G. |
