PURPOSE:To perform a good color image pickup of high registration by externally fitting a cylindrical body to a protruding piece of a holder plate to fill a bonding agent into the cylindrical body and mounting and fixing a solid state image sensor to an exit surface of a color separation prism. CONSTITUTION:A holder plate 61 is bonded and fixed by a bonding agent having a resiliency to an exit surface of a color separation prism 1 and on a holder plate 62, a CCD image sensor 2r is fixed by an attaching screw 65. With the sensor 2r attached and fixed to the holder plate 62, a registration adjustment is done by a registration adjusting device, and thereafter, cylindrical sleeves 10 are externally fitted to respective protruding pieces 61y, 62y formed on respective four corners of the holder plates 61, 62 and the bonding agent is filled to the sections of the sleeves 10 to be fixed. Thereby, the image sensor is attached and fixed to the exit surface of the prism 1 through a holding parts comprising the holder plates 61, 62. |
