PURPOSE:To prevent an intermediate part of a needle from being vibrated and facilitate assembling work, by a construction wherein tips of needles are aligned by needle holes, and a guide holder is provided with an intermediate guide which has fitting holes for holding intermediate parts of the needles with substantially no play and has large openings. CONSTITUTION:The intermediate guide 27 is fixed to the guide holder 19. The intermediate guide 27 is provided with the fitting holes 28 and the openings 29 larger than the holes 28, in communicated condition. The size of the fitting holes 28 is so determined as to hold the intermediate parts of the needles 9 inserted in the needle holes 25, with no play. The center of each of the openings 29 coincides with the centers of the front end and the rear end of each of the needles in the state wherein the tips of the needles 9 are not inserted in the needle holes 25 and are spread outward under their own elasticity. When assembling, the needles 9 with the tips spread in an annular form are inserted into the openings 29 of the intermediate guide 27, are then bundled to the inside, and are inserted into the needle guide 18 while moving them into the fitting holes 28. |
