PURPOSE:To connect part on a baseplate surely and efficiently by arranging a pair of parts with each lead wire at the same position of both faces of the baseplate and by cooling under supporting the parts by a compressed air after heating and depositing the lead wire part only on the baseplate. CONSTITUTION:A parts connecting device 1 is located at the upper and lower sides of parts 3a, 3b with lead wires 4a, 4b by tacking the parts 3a, 3b on the both sides of the same position of the both faces wiring baseplate 2 having flexibility. The solder of the lead wires 4a, 4b and the baseplate 2 is melted by pressing and heating simultaneously the lead wires 4a, 4b of the parts 3a, 3b respectively by the peripheral edge parts 6a, 6b of the heating blocks 7a, 7b of the connecting device 1. The compressed air is then spouted into the heating blocks 7a, 7b from the jet apertures 9a, 9b of nozzles 8a, 8b, the heating blocks 7a, 7b are released by supporting the parts 3a, 3b with the pressure of the compressed air and simultaneously is solidified by rapidly cooling with the air flow.
