This dispenser device enables sulphur dioxide to be dispensed without loss and with a predetermined flow rate. It comprises a mouth 10 and a spray valve 13 stem 12 housed in the said mouth and able to move between a position for closing off this mouth and a return or dispensing position, as well as a tap 14, the body 15 of which is detachably fixed to the bomb, in the region of the mouth 10 of this bomb and which acts on the stem 12 in order to keep it in the return position.
