PURPOSE:To equalize the strength of each section consisting of a resin, etc. by integrally molding and baking pre-baked powder composed of piezoelectric ceramics and fibers and crosswise arranging the fibers in piezoelectric ceramics. CONSTITUTION:Pre-baked powder consisting of piezoelectric ceramics and fibers 2 are mixed, molded integrally and baked, thus manufacturing a composite piezoelectric body having constitution in which the fibers are mixed in the piezoelectric body. When pre-baked powder and the fibers are molded integrally, a material in which the fibers are mixed to pre-baked powder may be molded, a material in which the fibers and a binder are mixed and kneaded to pre-baked powder and brought to a pasty state may be molded or the fibers are mixed to a material in which the binder is added and kneaded to pre-baked powder first and brought to the pasty state and may be molded integrally.
