PURPOSE:To form high quality fluorescent film by applying steam onto the inner face of collecting pan thereby reducing fluorescent slurry dripping onto the inner face of panel. CONSTITUTION:During when excessive fluorescent slurry on panel 3a is being collected by collecting pan 4a, collecting pan 4b can provide moistening effect to the fluorescent slurry adhered to the inner face of collecting pan by means of a steam generator 2. When the excessive fluorescent slurry on the panel 3b is collected by the collecting pan 4b having moistening effect, it will flow smoothly on the inner face of collecting pan to reduce bouncing of slurry considerably. At the same time, yet used collecting pan 4a can be provided with moistening effect by means of the steam generator 1.
