The invention relates to a method of assembly making it possible to firmly fix load-bearing factory-made panels and sections which are together capable of resisting the various stresses to which a construction is subjected. This method consists in housing load-bearing factory-made panels 1 in a bottom section 5. A top section 3, 4 or 7 caps these panels and is fitted thereto. Rods 2 passing through the load-bearing panels compress, by bolting, this assembly at each corner and at each crosswall or partition. Panels 6 are fixed by screwing to the top sections 3, 4 and 7 in order to form the roofing and to provide the horizontal crossbracing of the construction. If the roofing does not comprise these panels, a corner member joining these top sections together may provide this crossbracing. <IMAGE>
