PURPOSE:To contrive a simpler manufacturing process and a lower cost through the reduction by 1 of the number of terminals to be read at a time by a computer, by a method wherein one of N terminals of a slide switch is not wired. CONSTITUTION:A terminal 1 of the slide switch A is not wired. In this circuit, when the terminal 1 is earthed, the other terminals are maintained at an H level, whereas when the other terminals are earthed, the terminal 1 is maintained at an H level. Therefore, when the conditions of the terminals other than the terminal 1 are read by the computer, a total of N conditions can be obtained, namely, a condition where all of the terminals are at the H level and conditions where one of the terminals 2-N is at the L level and the others are at the H level. Accordingly, printed density can be varied by reading the conditions of the N-1 terminals by a computer and obtaining N stages of head-driving time by a firmware. |
