PURPOSE:To expand the attenuation band width by forming an electrode on a base and providing two different close resonance frequencies by the thickness- shear vibration and thickness torsion vibration generated at the same time. CONSTITUTION:The resonance takes place in a frequency f1 by the energy confinement thickness-shear vibration between an input electrode 212 and a resonance electrode 216 and the resonance takes place in a frequency f2 by the energy confinement thickness torsion vibration at the same time. Similarly, the resonance take place in the frequency f1 by the energy confinement thickness-shear vibration between an output electrode 213 and a common electrode 217 and the resonance takes place in the frequency f2 by the energy confinement thickness torsion vibration at the same time. The frequencies f1 and f2 are changed optionally by changing the width (a) and the length (b) of the output electrode 213 and the common electrode 217 and the resonance frequencies f1, f2 are made approached together to attain broad band.
