PURPOSE:To enable display to be made easy to observe by preventing the abrupt change of display, by comparing the output of a display memory apparatus and that of a detection means to correct both outputs before outputting the same to a display apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A detection means 3, a display apparatus 4, a display memory apparatus 37 and a comparing means 38 are provided. The means 38 is equipped with a subtraction means 39, a constant memory apparatus 40 and a comparator 41. The means 39 performs operation for subtracting the liquid level stored in the apparatus 37 from the output liquid level of the means 3. That is, when the output liquid level of the means 3 is lower than the liquid level stored by the apparatus 37, the means 38 outputs the output liquid level of the means 3 to the apparatus 4. When the output of the means 39 is larger than zero, the comparator 41 compares the content stored in the apparatus 40 with the output of the means 39 and, if the content of the apparatus 40 is larger, the means 38 outputs the content of the apparatus 37 to the apparatus 4 and, when the content of the apparatus 40 is smaller, the means 38 outputs the output liquid level of the means to the apparatus 4. The apparatus 4 performs the display corresponding to the output of the means 38 and outputs display content to the apparatus 37.
