PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of reducing processing time required for obtaining an execution result from a point of receiving an execution instruction of a text mining processing which is carried out based on the encoded data.SOLUTION: An information processor 100 executes coding of a text data using a word dictionary 131, in which each of word groups is assigned, and a generation of a count map 132 which represents the frequency of appearance in a text data with respect to each of the word groups.
