PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board in which the fixing strength of a metal block to a board can be increased more than conventional.SOLUTION: In a circuit board 10, a side face groove 17X recessed like a groove is formed in the side face 17A of a metal block 17 housed in the cavity 16 of a core board 11. With such an arrangement, the contact area with a filling resin 16J can be increased, compared with a case where the side face of the metal block 17 consists only of a flat surface, and the fixing strength can be increased more than conventional.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
