PURPOSE:To weld satisfactorily a very thin sheet without a defect by lowering the lower limit of a laser output, by making a feeble current flow in advance to a laser oscillating part, executing a low level discharge, and executing a main discharge by a low voltage. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic head load supporting spring part 1 is constituted of a gimbal 2 whose plate thickness is 40-50mum, a load arm 3 whose plate thickness is 65-75mum, and a spacer 4, and coupled at welding points 5, 6. When welding such a very thin sheet, a feeble current is made to flow in advance from an auxiliary discharging circuit part 13 to a laser oscillating part 10 of a laser welding machine, a discharge of a low level is executed by an excitation lamp, and subsequently, a main discharge or a low voltage is executed by a main discharging circuit part 12. Therefore, the very thin sheet can be executed satisfactorily without a defect by loweing the regular laser lowest voltage 350-400V to 200-250V. |
