PURPOSE:To make the necessary space on the upper side smaller by providing one revolving shaft for shifting upward, downward and laterally on the rectangular-type molding remover. CONSTITUTION:The molding gripper 33 installed at the end of second arm 32 is pivoted under the condition that the pivoting of the end of first arm 29 is shifted horizontally to the downward direction by the length of second arm 32. In other words, the said gripper 33 is pivoted within the radius equivalent to the distance between the first shaft 28 and the second shaft 31 at the tip of second arm 32. The molding product 16 can be removed out of the mold of injection molding machine by combining the pivoting of second arm 32 with shifting of injection molding machine to the longitudinal direction by the longitudinal driving gear 24 on the moving table 21. Since the second arm 32 is positioned always lower than the first arm 29, no components move more upward than the end of first arm when the first arm 29 pivots upward. In other words, a space equivalent to the revolving radius of first arm should be secured on the upper side of the unit, which requires a smaller space to the upper direction than the one required for the existing units. |
