A connector assembly for connecting together four containers (6) which have their axes at the corners of a square. The connector assembly includes a top connector (2) and a bottom connector (4), the connectors extending into the space between the containers (6) and having formations (14) and (16) which interlock together. The connectors also have a multiplicity of projections (18, 30; 48, 52) which engage the top and bottom surfaces of the containers so that in the finished assembly the four containers are clamped between the projections of the top and bottom connectors. The projections (18, 30; 48, 52) are shaped so that they are moved into their correct position with respect to the containers on engagement with the top and bottom edge surfaces (32, 34). |
