The pellets are dried in a hopper dryer before extrusion or injection moulding. After compressed air is introduced into the dehumidifier (11) through the air supply port (17) and the changeover valve (16), it is guided into the heat exchange tube (21) through the exhaust port(15) and the one-way valve(20) so that it is heated to high temp. then the heated air is introduced into the hopper dryer (26) through nozzle (23) and heating cylinder (22). Some of the heated air passed through the hopper dryer (26) is circulated by the blower (29) and some is exhausted through the one-way valve(28). |
