PURPOSE:To obtain a construction which minimizes transmission of a vibration to the outside by connecting a carriage to a moving shaft of a linear motor which drives the carriage with a transmission mechanism enabling the both to move in an opposite direction to each other. CONSTITUTION:The moving shaft 4 of a linear motor 3 and a carriage 2 have their both ends fitted to both ends of a lever 5 supported axially in its center, using a fitting pin 6 and a slot 7 respectively. Under this constitution, the motion value of the vibrating part is cancelled, thus minimizing transmission of vibration to the body case. In addition to this advantage, it is possible to match a load on the carriage 2 to the driving force of the linear motor 3 by properly selecting the lengths L1, L2 of both ends of the shaft 10 for the lever 5. |
