PURPOSE:To manufacture the dust-free film or dust-free sheet having required properties easily by providing the thermoplastic resin films on both sides of the interlayer made of polyolefin and co-extruding the said interlayer so as to release the interlayer from the films. CONSTITUTION:The thermoplastic resin films, not having adhesion properties to the interlayer, are provided on both sides of the interlayer made of polyolefin, and the said interlayer is co-extruded as the sealed structure, and then the interlaminars between the interlayer and the films are released. The resin used for the said process should have no adhesion properties to the interlaminar. The release characteristics created polyolefin and thermoplastic resin should essentialy have difference in its SP value preferably more than 10. The dust-free films are easily manufactured by releasing the sealed, multilayered film of released characteristics in the said process. The film is of nonpolar polyolefin and of preferable cleanability. |
