摘要 PURPOSE:To enable a stable steering with the optimal steering characteristic even for such person as not familiar to the steering corresponding to the difference of steering performance by performing the steering control of rear wheel in accordance with the differential limiting quantity between the right and left drive wheels detected through a differential limitation detecting means. CONSTITUTION:A differential limiting quantity between the right and left drive wheels 9L, 9R is detected by a differential limitation detecting means 33. A steering quantity control means 30 which will provide a control signal for varying the rear wheel steering quantity against a predetermined steering wheel operating quantity in accordance with a detected differential limiting quantity to a four wheel steering device and performing the steering control of the rear wheel is provided. Consequently, it can travel with the optimal steering characteristic at all times and even such a person as not familiar to the steering corresponding to the difference of steering characteristic can steer with no anxiety.
