PURPOSE:To prevent the turning-down and widen the blowing range by forming an arcuate part which directly contacts an installation surface onto a part of the ridge part of a cage body and installing a reduction gear mechanism and a swing movement mechanism having a swing angle adjusting mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A blower 20 consists of a motor 21, rotary vanes 22, guard part 23, and a cage body 24. The ring 25 and the frame 26 of the cage body 24 have the grounded parts. A revolution mechanism consists of a reduction gear mechanism having a revolution flange 30, turning arm 31, swing movement mechanism having a link arm 32, and a turning center supporting part 24a having a roller 35. The turning angle of the turning mechanism is adjusted by a swing angle adjusting mechanism 40. Therefore, even if any external force is applied, turning-down is not generated, and the blowing range can be widened.
