发明名称 MICROWAVE REVERSIBLE GAIN PHASE SHIFT SYSTEM
摘要 PURPOSE:To attain the reversible performance and to keep an excellent S/N by using a transistor (TR) as a semiconductor element so as to provide the transmission gain and connecting a reactance transmission line to the TR. CONSTITUTION:A power distribution circuit 1d is reversible and distributes the power equally to transmission lines 1b, 2b with a phase difference of 90 deg. and consists of, e.g., a 3dB hybrid coupler. As the TR, an FET is used, the gate is connected to transmission lines 1b, 2b, the source is connected to reactance lines 3b, 5b and the drain is connected to 50OMEGA termination lines 4b, 6b. In selecting the impedance and the line length of the transmission lines above as a prescribed value respectively, the power reflection coefficient viewing the TR element is brought into the unity or over so as to provide the power transmission gain while keeping the reversible performance.
