PURPOSE:To handle unconditionally information to be registered by registering only information which is allowed to register as a dictionary by a user. CONSTITUTION:The user selects necessary information, and inputs its attribute (classification codes such as data item, record, file and program), its name (types of data item record, file and program) and the number of digits of the name through a keyboard 15. The he records the inputted information in a DASD. He registers only the inputted information.
