CONSTITUTION:A color image forming device is controlled by a new program, and for example, the idling cycle where the image forming process starting with exposure scanning does not act upon a photosensitive drum 1 is inserted after the latent image of the first original is developed by a developing device 11 to form the toner image of the first original, and the latent image of the next replaced original is developed by a developing device 12 and the overlapping images of two or more originals are formed as a toner image on the photosensitive drum 1, and this image is transferred. Idling of the photosensitive drum 1 is automatically started after the formation of the toner image of the first original by operating the switch of the idling mode on the image forming device. |
