PURPOSE:To prevent an intrusion of liquid foaming raw materials into a loading hole of a stay engagement tool, by applying expansion molding of a cushion pad to the outside of the loading hole of the stay engagement tool of an insert by fitting an annular plastic seal member to the same so as to clog the loading hole. CONSTITUTION:An elastic seal member 16 is fitted to the outside of a loading hole 11 of a stay engagement tool so as to clog the loading hole 11 while the elastic seal member 16 is being spread over the outside of the loading hole 11 of the stay engagement tool. After a stay, the stay engagement tool 14 and the elastic seal member 16 have been fitted to an insert 10, the insert 10 is fitted to the inside of a split type molding tool 18. Expansion molding of a cushion pad is applied to the circumference of the insert 10 by casting liquid foaming raw materials 28 into a cavity 20 through a casting machine 30 set up to a casting part 22. As the loading hole 11 of the stay engagement tool is sealed with the elastic seal member 16, the liquid foaming raw materials 28 are foamed without intruding within the loading hole 11. Therefore, malfunction of the stay engagement tool 14 can be prevented. |
