PURPOSE:To attain talking with an opposite party of a specific number by adopting the constitution that a card recording a telephone number is used for dial operation. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic card or a bar code card recording a telephone number is used as a card. A card mechanism section and a transmission mechanism section are arranged in a telephone set. The card mechanism section reads a telephone number from the loaded card. The transmission mechanism section converts the read number into dial data and sends the result to a line. Thus, the talking is attained only to the opposite party of the specific number recorded on the card. Further, the dial operation is executed automatically.
