<p>PURPOSE:To easily execute the scroll of only a plane to be scrolled by selecting one of plural scroll propriety tables and thus, scrolling the plane only determined to be the possibility of a scroll. CONSTITUTION:Plural scroll propriety tables 6 to be able to set the propriety of a scroll independently to respective plane units are prepared. When the input is executed from a scroll pattern designating part 21 and a scroll direction designating part 22 of an input device 2, the scroll propriety table 6 is selected by a scroll pattern designating table 7 and a shifting coordinate calculating processing part 9, and thus, only the plane determined to be the possibility of the scroll is scrolled.</p> |
