PURPOSE:To cut cost by treating the ocean organisms adhering onto a vessel efficiently in a short time by arranging a number of ultrasonic vibration elements onto the side surface opposed to the cleaning objects on an underwater transfer body. CONSTITUTION:Guide rails 12 and 12 are installed onto the both side surfaces of a vessel 10, and a band-shaped underwater transfer body 14 is suspended onto the guide rails 12 and 12, striding over the bottom part of the vessel 10. A number of ultrasonic vibration elements 16 are arranged onto the inside surface opposed to the bottom surface of the underwater transfer body 4, keeping a prescribed interval. Further, one edge part of the underwater transfer body 14 is constituted so as to be arranged on the sea surface, and a driving device for shifting the underwater transfer body 14 along the guide rail 12 and an attach device 18 equipped with an electric power device for energizing the ultrasonic vibration element 16 are installed at one edge part of the underwater transfer body 14.
