PURPOSE:To improve durability and magnetic characteristic of a magnetic head by a magnetic metallic thin film in a conventional laminated body as a laminated body of a magnetic metallic thin film and very thin non-magnetic intermediate layers and reinforcing the magnetic metallic thin film without deteriorating magnetic characteristic by the magnetic metallic thin film. CONSTITUTION:A laminated body 2 is made by laminating plural one block laminated bodies each constituted by laminating plural metallic magnetic thin films 2a and plural second intermediate layers 2c through the first intermediate layers 2b. The length l between the first intermediate layers 2b, 2b is more than twice the skin depth (d), and volume ratio of metallic magnetic material and nonmagnetic material between the first intermediate layers 2b, 2b is (20-200):1. The skin depth (d) is obtained by the expression 1. In the expression, P is resistivity, mu is magnetic permeability and (f) is frequency.
