PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas separation system which enables reduction of a membrane area of a gas separation membrane unit.SOLUTION: A gas separation system 10 includes: first to third gas separation membrane units 11, 12, 13. A line 14 connects a non-permeable gas discharge port of the first unit 11 to a gas inlet of the second unit 12. A line 19 is connected to a non-permeable gas discharge port of the second unit 12. A line 15 connects a permeable gas discharge port of the first unit 11 to a gas inlet of the third unit 13. A material mixing gas supply line 16 is connected to a gas inlet of the first unit 11, and first compression means 21 is disposed in the middle of the material mixing gas supply line 16. Second compression means 22 is disposed in the middle of the line 15. A line 17 connects a permeable gas discharge port of the second unit 12 to a suction side position of the first compression means 21 in the material mixing gas supply line 16. A non-permeable gas joint line 26 connects a non-permeable gas discharge port of the third unit 13 to the line 19 of the second gas separation membrane unit 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
