Combined generation of electrical power by obtaining primary energy while at the same time using the slipstream to drive such an arrangement. Solar energy devices are also provided to interact with different uses of primary energy and automatically align themselves to adopt the most favourable angle for insolation. The load on batteries which are dependent on engines is relieved by means of electrical power derived from primary energy sources, with a great variety of other uses, for example for the air-conditioning of vehicle parts or storage spaces. In particular, autonomously supplied electrical power could be used, for example, to illuminate the outlines of a vehicle or trailer to make them clearly visible and to increase safety for other drivers. Or large advertising surfaces could be illuminated. The spoiler-structure is made more effective in traffic by means of extendible and retractable sunshade surfaces, which are imbued with a blue-white light in the dark in order to provide better protection for the eyes against the beam of light emitted by oncoming traffic. This can be brought about by the continuous colour-shading of a mobile blind with varying degrees of intensity.
