An accessory device for a profiled cylinder, with a cam-shaped locking nose rotatable about a drive axis, has two annular segments which can be braced relative to one another and relative to the flanks of the locking nose and which have end cams. The bracing results in a continuous cam wheel, in which the locking nose forms, on the one hand, a driver for rotating the cam wheel and, on the other hand, one of the cams of the cam wheel. Preferably, the two annular segments are held together in the region of their ends braceable relative to one another by means of a screw which extends at right angles to the radial direction of the cam wheel.
