PURPOSE:To make construction work easier by a method in which cement mortar or concrete is placed to the tip portion of an excavated pit, a hollow pile is penetrated into the pit, anchors are provided, and cement mortar or concrete is poured into the hollow pile. CONSTITUTION:A pit having an expanded tip portion is formed under the ground and cement mortar or concrete 5 is placed to the tip portion of the pit. A hollow pile 6 is lowered into the pit, an anchor 8 attached to the lower part of PC steel 9 is buried through the hollow 7 of the pile 6 in the mortar or concrete 5. The pressure-receiving part 16 of concrete foundation is constructed on the pile 6, the PC steel 9 is tensed to introduce a prestress into the steel 9, and cement mortar or concrete is placed into the hollow 7 of the pile 6.
