PURPOSE:To prevent the increase of the vibration of a rotary shaft by installing a constant flow rate valve into an inlet piping in a shaft seal part, thus keeping the position of a shaft seal oil ring constant. CONSTITUTION:The oil discharged from the bearing part O1 of an electric rotary machine O is gathered into a vacuum tank 2 through an intermediate tank 1. The oil gathered into the vacuum tank 2 is sucked out by an oil feeding pump 41, and the flow rate is adjusted by a control valve 51, and the oil is supplied into oil coolers 61 and 62 after the flow rate is adjusted by a control valve 51. The cooled oil is purified in filters 71 and 72, and pressure-adjusted by differential pressure adjusting valves 81 and 82, and supplied into the bearing parts O1 and O2. The oil in a certain flow rate is supplied as side pressure oil into the bearing parts O1 and O2 by the constant flow rate valves 91 and 92, and the position of a shaft seal ring can be kept constant.
