PURPOSE:To improve an operability so as to set a time while viewing the output time of a signal for carrying out a preprocessing by presetting the constant of a signal for performing the preprocessing and displaying this set value on a monitor. CONSTITUTION:When a transmission constant setting switch SW5 is turned on, a control circuit 106 writes a characters for setting respective constants on a memory 102 and displays them on a monitor 104. Then, after a constant selection switch 1SW6 or a constant selection switch 2SW7 is pressed down to move a cursor to a desired constant setting position, a value increasing switch SW8 or a value reducing switch SW9 is pressed down to change to a desired coefficient value. Then, in order to instruct the setting change of the respective constants to a CPU 106, the transmission constant setting switch SW5 is turned off. Constant data formed in the CPU 106 is stored in a memory of a battery backed up data storing part and is not lost at the time of interrupting a power source.
