Device making it possible to duplicate a document by tearing off a part of the pigments or the ink constituting its image. It comprises a transparent or translucent sheet whose lower face is coated with a glue whose properties are adapted to the medium from which it is to tear the image to be reproduced without spoiling the original document. The invention can be used whenever it is desired to reproduce a document without using a photocopier, carbon paper, or carbonless copy paper.
