PURPOSE:To have an oven the display section of which is easy to look at if the oven is placed at a high position and gives no feeling of dislocation to the user if it is placed at a low position by mounting a substrate for printed circuits inclined from the front face of an operation panel. CONSTITUTION:The operation panel 3 of this oven is provided with a display window 4 which is transparent. Inside of the operation panel 3 a substrate 9 for printed circuits which has on it a display tube 7 and control parts 8 is mounted to the operation panel 3 by screws 10 and 11 with the upper end protruding farther than the lower end. With this inclination displays on the display tube 7 are facing downwards so that, as shown by the arrow mark A, the displays look vertical when they are looked at from below. With this constitution, even if the oven is placed above the eyes of the oven user, the displays on the display tube are easy to look at and if it is at a lower position, the user will have no feeling of incompatibility because the operation panel 3 itself is not tilted.
