PURPOSE:To reduce a slip at the time turning as well as to aim at reduction in wear of a wheel, by setting up plural turning wheels independently each and rotatably in close proximity to one turning shaft. CONSTITUTION:Plural turning wheels 4 of the same type being independently rotatable each are set up in close proximity to a turning shaft 3. With this constitution, a grounding area is increasable, and at the time of turning, these turning wheels 4 are independently rotated and rollable asdescribing individual loci. Therefore slippage and resistance are reducible and, what is more, wear in each wheel and a floor is reducible as well.
