PURPOSE:To improve the extent of steering stability without entailing any drop in high-speed durability, by making a specified relationship so as to be realized between a central zone in the tire width direction of a cord reinforced layer and a double side end zone as well as between elongation percentages at the time of the specified load. CONSTITUTION:When an elongation percentage at the time of 2g/d load in a central zone B i the tire width direction of a cord reinforced layer 2 is set down to (b) and an elongation percentage at the time of 2g/d load in double end zone A to (a), respectively, the relation between both zones A and B of the cord reinforced layer 2 is set to make b/a larger than 1.10 within the range of (1/10)<A/(2A+B)<(1/3). With this constitution, the extent of steering stability is improvable without entailing any drop in high-speed durability.
