PURPOSE:To obtain the titled tasty product having low calorie and reduced cholesterol content at a low cost without fear of preservation control of hen's eggs, by using raw soybean flour instead of hen's eggs and blending sugar, skimmilk, etc., with the flour for use as a raw material. CONSTITUTION:Raw soybean flour, sugar, skimmilk, a small amount of oil or fat and water are blended and the blend is boiled while stirring. Mucilage such as corn starch, etc., and water for dissolving the mucilage are added to the boiled blend and resultant blend is reheated while stirring and finally frozen to provide the aimed product. |
