PINCH ROLLER PRESS-CONTACT MECHANISM

PURPOSE:To improve the operating accuracy of a pinch roller by providing a pinch roller block and fitting a pinch roller pressing arm provided with the pinch roller onto the block freely turnably. CONSTITUTION:One end of the pinch roller link 9 is fitted to the tip at the opposite side of the axis of the pinch roller 8 freely turnably and the other end of the link 9 is fitted to the 1st guide pin 11 provided to the middle of the pinch roller block 10 freely turnably. The pinch roller block 10 is moved forward/backward along the pinch roller guide slot 13 by the 1st guide pin 11 and the 2nd guide pin 12 provided at the rear side. The pinch roller pressing arm 15 provided with the pinch roller 14 at the rear side end at the upper part of the pinch roller block 10 is fitted freely turnably by a shaft 15a at the front side end and the pinch roller pressing arm 15 is energized by a spring (not shown) so as to be overlapped with the pinch roller block 10 and locked to a lock member 10a provided onto the block 10.
