PURPOSE:To easily adjust a sensor and to reduce its cost by using an optical writable dynamic RAM for a photographing element and scanning the entire plane visual field at the time of the adjustment. CONSTITUTION:Respective picture element positions in the plane visual field VA are specified in order from the end with an address signal ADDRA and the image in the visual field VA where an object 1 is placed is inputted by picture elements as image data DATA to an image memory 4 and stored in the same addresses with scanning in order. Then, an image processing part processes image data obtained from the dynamic RAM or image memory 4 and decides and outputs the result to the outside. A scanning switching part 6 switches the address signal supplied from a scanning circuit to the dynamic RAM between the entire scanning mode wherein all the picture elements in the plane visual field are specified in order and the scanning mode of lines wherein picture elements in a linear visual field are specified repeatedly. Consequently, the adjustment of the sensor is facilitated and reduced in cost. |
