<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the degradation of the warming feeling, by providing a setting means for increasing the rotary speed of a fan corresponding to the elapsing time when an operated temperature is higher than a setting level. CONSTITUTION:When the engine water temperature exceeds over a predetermined level, it is decided whether the start control is completed and if it is not completed, a comparator 47 decides whether an operated temperature is higher than a predetermined level. If it is higher than a setting level, a setting means 48 provides a predetermined starting voltage to a fan 3. Since the starting voltage lags to produce a high voltage, the time point when the fan 3 rotates with a high speed lags by a predetermined time and the engine water temperature increases during said interval. Since the rotary speed of the fan 3 can be increased as a variable of the rotary speed as the time elapses, the air flow of the fan does not increase abruptly under warming thereby the warming feeling of the crew does not degrade.</p> |
